the second month of BodyRenovator,
John Terilli
discusses lymphatic drainage, he also introduces us
to a balanced nutrition eating eating program and we
get up off the couch to do a quick and easy exercise routine
without any equipment, which can be performed at home!
John visits Rosemary White,
an experienced deep lymphatic and lymphodema specialist
to understand what the lymphatic system is and how changes in this
system affects body shape and body fat.
For this month John has devised a workout that you can do at home
without the need for any equipment (except a towel). It
will greatly assist with achieving your goals.
It is easy and simple and can be performed in
any open space in 20 to 30 minutes! Perfect for
anyone, young and old, who wants to get fit without having to go to a
gym. This exercise program has been scientifically
formulated through years of research and experimentation to
easily stimulate and tone your entire body with the
minimum of fuss and in the shortest period of
time.
John
also introduces us to a Balanced Nutrition Eating Program, which caters to people
of different weight categories. It is a structured,
easy to follow, inexpensive,
delicious and simple to prepare, 4 day
recurring meal plan. This eating program, presented by Alicia McDonald, will help your body adapt to
changes you will have achieved from the
previous month, or get you into a position to accelerate fat loss in
the months ahead. We are given specific reasons why we are
eating certain foods contained in the program and also details the
nutritional content of each meal. This eating program
is essential for anyone who followed
Month 1 or who is serious about
achieving results.
