The Psychology of Weight LossIt is important to realise that psychology plays a big part in losing weight. If a weight loss system is too complicated or too restrictive, this has negative effects on your desire to continue. This is where "variety" is a term often bandied around by people looking to lose weight. "We want variety" because doing the same thing over and over and over again eventually drives you nuts. Like following a low carb diet, eventually you are going to see someone eating bread and you are going to lose it! It is important to realise that any "diet" that you do needs to be controlled. This usually means that you need to understand how many nutrients you are taking into your body. Some systems get you to count the calories, fats, carbs etc or use a points system. However you can't spend your whole life trying to remember whether or not the barbeque you are about to go to is too many points! Bodyrenovator does count all the nutrients, but this is done for you and you don't have to worry about any of it, you only have to eat the food. This helps in simplifying the process for you. You only have to eat according to the meal plan and there is no complex calculations you have to make.
