Below are some sample meals from the BodyRenovator Monthly DVDs. Each DVD contains information for 6 different weight categories for each day and each meal. They also include snacks and cheat meals as well. Every meal has been designed to be by quick, simple and easy to prepare while also being affordable, so you don't end up hunting for expensive ingredients and spending hours preparing complicated recipes.
